Poinsettias for the CCC!

Hello Everyone, I hope you are well and having a great weekend.

It's time again for the Christmas Card Club's latest creations and the choice this time is made by our lovely Valery and it's to be Poinsettias or of course there is also the Anything Goes choice as well.

I managed two cards;
All the stamps are from creative Stamping magazine earlier on last year and I've taken inspiration also from the magazine. I've stamped and cut out the poinsettias four times and decoupaged them. The background is made with a selection of the other stamps, and inked up with Momento Ink. SN ens and glitter pen on the flowers.

I decided to go a bit CAS for this card, but still used stamps from the same set apart from the poinsettias which are from Card-io. Inked up with Versacolour.

I loved this challenge Valery, so thank you for your choice, it was fun to do and it got me using up stash stuff.

Thank you so much for your kind comments on my last card and the get well wishes... I'm afraid we are still not feeling tip top, I guess these viruses just take their time in going, but of course Alistair is muchhhhhh worse than I am,lol.

Scheduling this post for tomorrow when the CCC goes live.
Have a lovely day and see you soon,

Good Morning Kate. Well what wonderful cards for Valerys choice of Poinsettias. Both cards are stunning, but the first one definitely has that edge. Sorry I did not know you were poorly as I have been a bad blogger of late. Hope you're both feeling better now. I'm making an effort to get back in to my crafting so watch this space. Hugs Rita xxx

I think you have really hit this challenge out of the park. I love both your cards. The flowers and pinky background on the first are so pretty, and the wreath is really great on the second card, love those little citrus stamps! Have a nice day!

Two absolutely beautiful cards. Love them both. Glad that you had fun making. I still can't do much with my left arm so vying away from colouring at the moment. Am going to take myself off to the Osteopath and see if that will make any improvement Stay safe and warm in these high winds. Hugs Mrs A.
