Look up There!

Hello there, I hope you are all well and having a lovely weekend whatever you're doing.

Hope your weather is better than ours, we have snow showers, thankfully lit's not lying but it's pretty cold.

Anyway I thought I would pop in with a new card, yes of course it's  mainly Lavinia Stamps😀

The stencil in the background is also from Lavinia inked up with Elements Ink.  Sentiment is just one I've had for a while. I've used Posca pend and gel pens too.

Thank you for your lovely comments on my last post.

I didn't manage to sleep at all last night, so I'm pretty tired and feel my eyes closing as I'm typing this. Haven't a clue why this was, I just read the night the away.

That's me for now, take of yourselves,

Sky and Friends!

Hello to Everyone, mid week already, the days are moving quickly. It's 6.50 pm and it's still light outside, and of course the hour goes forward this weekend so it will be light to around 8pm. Just wish the weather would cheer up, it's been blustery rain today, nasty.

Anyway, I hope you are all keeping well, but sending healing vibes for those who are not.

Thanks to all who visited and left such lovely comments on my last post.

Here is today's offering;

I used the round gel plate from Lavinia Stamps and coloured with various Pixi Powders and  Elements Ink.  Isn't Sky a gorgeous fairy, I love this image along with the little hare. All stamps are by Lavinia. Sentiments are from one of Sentiment Sticker sets . Stencil in the background.

Well, that's me for tonight, enjoy your evening, take care of yourselves,

Santa for CCC!

Hello All, I hope you are all doing well and that you're enjoying your weekend. Another dismal day here, one for indoors.

Anyhow, it's time for the Christmas Card Club to show their latest card and the the theme is Santa.

Well, Santa has hit the cost of living crisis, he's down to bikes instead of his wonderful sleigh and one reindeer, thankfully it's Rudolph. Not many parcels either.

LOTV printed images and also LOTV printed paper in the background, all I've added is some Stickles for sparkle and so gems.

Just managed one card this time around.

Thank you so much for your lovely comments on my last card. That's me for now, take care,

Guinevere and her Friend!

Hello there Friends and Visitors, I hope you are having a good weekend and you are keeping well.

Miserable weather here, it's a dreich day with rain, and although the temps have gone up a bit, it feels really cold, a day for indoors for sure.

Thank you for all your lovely comments on my last card, you are all so kind.

I've got an underwater scene card today,

This is the beautiful Guinevere from Lavinia Stamps, with her little Seahorse friend, in fact all the stamps are from Lavinia, the sentiments too from their Sentiment Sticker sheets. Background inked with Elements ink and alcohol sprays. Gel pens and Posca pens.

This card will go to a friend for her birthday.

Well, Alistair has the rugby to watch later and I've booked a phone call with a friend, someone I've not had a blether with in a while, so that's us sorted for the afternoon.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend and will hopefully see you soon, take care of yourselves

Love You!

Hello Everyone, I hope you are all keeping well and cosy. Have you been one of the areas that have had a ton of snow? Inverness has escaped it, although it's on the mountains. It's been bitter cold though, especially through the night -10 last night, gloriously beautiful during the day though.

So, I'm just popping in this evening with a quick post with the Valentine card I had made for Alistair, thankfully before I came down with covid,

A simple card made with Lavinia stamps, stencil and inks. The sentiment is from one of the Sticker Sentiments sheets. Gel pens and Stickles for sparkle.

Alistair loved it, but loved the chocolates more 😃

Thank you for all your well wishes, and the lovely comments on my last card, you are very kind.

That's me for now, take care of yourselves,

Christmas Carol/Song for the CCC!

Hello, I hope you are well and enjoying your weekend. They come around so quickly don't they!

It's also time once again for the Christmas Card Club to show their latest cards, and this time the theme is a Christmas Carol or Song.

I found this little stamp in an old copy of Creative Stamping magazine, the sentiment was in it too, so just perfect for the theme. I coloured it with a variety of watercolour pens and used Elements ink for the background, gel and Posca pens and some tiny gems in the sky.

Thank you all for you kind wishes for recovery, and I'm definitely making headway, just a bit slow going in getting rid of the cough. I've got another appointment for the SeHCAT scan soon, so that's good news, it came through sooner than expected.

That's me for now, have a lovely Sunday, take care and thanks too for the lovely comments on my last card.

Just a Note!

Hello Everyone, I hope you are well, but sending hugs to those of you who might not be so good.

We are still recovering, I thought I might be able to go to Choral on Monday night, but as the afternoon wore on, my coughing got worse and I was so tired, so I didn't chance it as I would have been a distraction to everyone else. Maybe next week.

My card tonight is inspired by the fabulous Jo Rice from Lavinia Stamps. I didn't have all the stamps she used, just used what I had,

I used the leaf stencil and various flower stamps. I just love these little hares, so sweet. The sentiment stamp is from Chocolate Baroque.

That's me for now, take care everyone,
