Large Sentiment for the CCC!

Hello Everyone, I hope you are all well, and enjoying the weekend.

It's time for another Christmas Card Club Challenge, they don't half come around fast, and this time it's cards with a large sentiment as the main focus that's wanted,

Not an easy card to photograph sorry about that.

I've used a Chloe stamp for this card and embossed in Wow silver powder. used gel pen for the pot and added red gems. Edged the card with silver glitter polish and mounted on red card.  Very simple.

When this goes live I will be away in York for a few days. Our first holiday for about 5 years, so looking forward to that.

Thank you for the lovely comments on my previous post.

Take care of yourselves and see you soon,

Sebastian and Friends!

Hello Everyone, I hope you are well and not melted away with this heat. At 8am it was 20 degrees here. I was going to sit out and have breakfast, but it was too hot. I know some areas down south are in and around 30 degrees.

Anyway, I'm popping in with a card made for the Lavinia Stamps Creative Challenge called Life Beneath the Sea,

I love this seahorse image and he's been stamped onto a background I made a while ago with Pixi Powders and just stamps various sea creature from Lavinia, same with the foliage. I used watercolour card, difficult to stamp in even with a stamping platform.

Thank you so much for your love comment and Birthday Wishes on my last post. I did have a lovely day and some lovely gifts.

I'd better get myself into the kitchen to prepare the Beef Olives for dinner, so I'll say cheerio for now, take care

Nativity for the CCC!

Hello Blogging Friends,  I hope you are all well, but if not I'm sending kind thoughts.

Are you enjoying this lovely weather? we are roasting up here, yesterday had record temps for us, 25 degrees, just too hot, any energy I had was zapped. Alistair left at 3.30 am to go to the Cairngorms, the heat hadn't started and of course nobody on the mountains. He loves doing that having the mountains to himself. Just as warm today, but it's cloudy with some rain showers. Still we need the rain.

Well, it's time once again for the Christmas Card Club ladies to show their cards, and this time the theme is Nativity, or Anything Goes.

This Nativity image is from Little Clair, do you remember them. They made some lovely stamps, and I bought quite a few of them.

I stamped this silhouette stamp and used Elements ink to make the background, then just added some gems. A very simple little card.

I'm a Birthday Girl tomorrow, 70 years young,😲 I can hardly believe it. Nothing planned.

Well, that's me for now, have a lovely weekend, take care and see you soon,

Under the Ocean!

Hello Everyone, how are things for you, I hope you're well and enjoying this glorious weather. We've had days of it, almost unheard of up here.  The sunshine and warmth fairly lifts the spirits.

Thank you so much for the lovely comments on my last card, as always you are very kind.

I've been busy colouring pages and tonight's post is more from Karla Markova's Fairy Celebrations Book,

I've coloured with Prismacolor and added Stickles and posca pen in white. I absolutely adore this little seahorse.

That's for now, I do hope you like this pages, take care for now,

The Green Man!

Hello Everyone, I hope you are well and enjoying this gorgeous weather. Very hot up here in Inverness. Sat out reading this afternoon, but it was really too hot for me. It's still lovely to see the sunshine and have the heat.

Just popping in today quickly to post this card which was requested by my friend Fiona for her Brother's 60th birthday,

Lavinia's Green Man stamp, built up with various leaf stamps, Pixie Powders creating the background.

I'd made two cards for her to choose which one to give him, I'm not sure which one she chose.

Just had our electricity bill in, I'm steeling myself up to have a look at it.

That's me for now, take care of yourselves and see you soon
