Been trying to get some housework done as I'm feeling a bit better, but it's slow going as my energy levels are low, so it's just a wee bit done then a rest then another bit.
I managed to get to choral practice last night, but was there only in body and not song, too much pressure on my throat, so just had to mime, but at least I was there to hear any instructions there was.

I have a card for our friend Stewart's 70th birthday, he is a jazz lover and he and Alistair goe to the Edinburgh Jazz Festival every July,
Well, it's gotten so dark now, lights will have to go on, and it's only after 3.30. That's me for now, take care and see you soon

We have the same dreadful rain Kate, been lashing it down all day, he dogs don't want to go out and Poppy the terrier has been under my desk all day. Your card with that super Jazz image sounds just perfect for your friend. Keep war, I found Manuka honey and lemon a great remedy when I had it, it's a tad expensive but well worth it and very good for the immune system as well.

Hi Kate...that’s a great card...my hubby is into jazz and that image would be perfect for him too.....we have a really windy cold day today after lashing rain this morning,weather warnings out for tonight so just like you staying in ,keeping warm and dry and doing some more sorting out in my craft room.....hugs xxxx
Hi Kate, As son as I saw the image of your card, before I even read your post, my immediate thought was Acker Bilk! I used to love him when I was younger. I'm sure he will love it. Pleased you are starting to see some improvement.
I have a friend who has been struggling with the same for weeks. She has ended up sleeping in a chair for ages because every time she lay down in bed she would just cough and cough. Thankfully she is back in her bed now though and showing signs of improvement.
Loving your card. That is one fabulous image. You did well to find that. Just perfect.
