Winter Wonderland for CCC!

Hello Everyone, I hope your Sunday and indeed your weekend is going well.

It's time of the CCC ladies to show off their cards.... where has the last two weeks gone??
Anyhow this Challenge chosen by our lovely Christine is most appropriate for me, as we have a bit of a Winter Wonderland here in Inverness. Yesterday we had snow. I was up around o'clock to let Teallach in and noticed that the sky looked really laden, and I thought ...snow, and by the time I had the kettle boiled for a coffee it had started, it looked just lovely, however, by later in the morning it had gone, except the mountains and the higher ground.
Anyway, on to my cards;

Well no prizes for guessing that I've used Card-io stamps again....love them, and the second one with the horses is a new one I bought the other week. Just added loads of glitter and some frantage snow.

I hope you like them Christine, it is a lovely challenge to do and had great fun with the stamps.

I've made a bunch of cards, Card-io included for Moreen to use this year and took them across yesterday and I am happy to say she loved them. Milo and Rowan were a bit miffed that they weren't for them, I had forgotten to take their treats with me, naughty Gran.

That's me for now, a pan of Scotch Broth to make, it's the right weather for it, so I'll see you soon, and don't forget to have a visit to the other girls on the CCC team and see what they have made.... thanks too for all your lovely comments on my previous card, take care,

Two fabulous snowy scenes Kate. You have created great scenes with your cardio stamps. Perfect my challenge. My card will not be up until tomorrow I'm afraid. We had a family bereavement over the weekend and I just have not been able to settle to making a card. It's done now but since I had to post one for IAAS I decided that it is so late I will just post it in the morning. Hugs Christine xx

These are lovely Kate, a fabulous design on the first one, it looks very peaceful. By I got a shock yesterday with the snow, it did look nice but cold. We had Matthew here yesterday, and I had to take him to his Organ Lesson. Marlene

What a lovely vignette you've created in the ornament aperture..so pretty and such a wintery scene with the deer and the falling white snow. Love the doodlings on the corners. #2 is gorgeous with the glowing sky and what wonderful snow drifts. I was going Brrr with the snow you're having...bet the Scotch broth was delicious on a cold day. I hope our snow holds off until January or February. We are getting some chillier temps, but still have pleasant daytime weather, except when it's windy! TFS & Hugs (I loved the frantage snow too).

Oooh I do love Card-io was thinking today I must have a play with them again. Not seen the horse before they look lovely, may have to get those. Your cards arelovely, that bauble shape is fab but I do love the bottom scene best. I saw your comment on FB, I mainly use it for DT work and showing my work, i pop on and off during the day especially when I am out.

So beautiful Kate. These are my favourite sorts of images on a winter/holiday card. There's nothing more beautiful than a blanket of snow and the creatures of world just enjoying the day. Stunning!
