Friends!

Hello Everyone, I hope all's well with  you and your week is going well.

We had a lovely day with Alistair's niece on Sunday when we scattered he Dad's ashes, it all went well, and it turned out to be quite a jolly day with the telling of stories of Jim and Alistair growing up. There were five of us including Karen's boyfriend and two of Jim's friends. It was a long day though, six hours of driving for us, so Alistair was whacked by the time we got home, but who would have thought that scattering ashes could have been so much fun.

Anyhoo, here tonight with a coloured page,

From Colouring Heaven colouring book Mermaid Special, I've used Pablo pencils and Castleart  pastel pencils, gel pen, Stickles and DI. There are so many lovely drawings in this book it's difficult to make a choice.

Thank you all for the lovely comments on my last card, so much appreciated.

Well that's me for now, time for a cuppa and into the pjs, keep yourselves safe,

Beautiful coloured page,
We saw a programme on channel five last Friday night of a rail journey in Scotland and they stopped at Inverness, there was I thinking of you and all we saw was the station before it set off again to Aberdeen. Glad the scratching of the ashes went well, never a nice thing to do.

Oh gosh Kate, your colouring is superb. I love this page you have done. Th Doc's aunt is having her ashes interred in the family plot the beginning of next Month. That will be quite a journey as it is at the same time as the Queens celebrations. Not very good planning by the rest of the family who al live locally to the cementry. Lots of health issues going on at present so apologies for not being around much of late.
Hugs Mrs A.

The mermaid is beautifully coloured Kate and love the pencils and pastel pencils you have use and the effect is gorgeous. Glad your trip to Glencoe for the scattering of the ashes went well, although not a pleasant occasion at least there was some light hearted story telling and reminiscing which lightened the tone. A long drive though and no wonder Alistair was very tired. x
