Hello Everyone, I hope you are well and having a good week so far. I can hardly believe it's Wednesday already, the das are flying by.
Woke up to snow this morning. Teallach wanted out at 4.30am, but when I opened the door he wasn't keen to go out, a slight nudge over the step helped him make up his mind. It was soooooo cold too. However, it's mostly melted away, even the few showers we've had during the day. Hope you had better weather.
I have a card today,
The floral image is by Altenew and coloured with Zig watercolour pens, they come with a die, so cut out the sprigs and mounted on to blue card. The sentiments are from the same stamp set, added a few gems. Stamped some Card-io stamps on the envelope.
The card was for Fiona, and she loved it.

Question; can anyone tell me what's happened to Hochanda, it doesn't seem to be coming up on my TV. It's been ages since I watched it, but I took a wee notion the other day to see what was on it, but couldn't find it.

Hochanda has merged with create and craft or rather taken them over so you will have to search new frequency I think. X

Hochanda bought out Create and craft so they are combined on Channel 85 on Freeview.
Crafter's Companion and Hunkydory are now on Hobby Craft in the afternoon on Channel 73.

A Beauitful card Kate, of course Fiona loved it. Hope she is OK. I agree it's freezing cold, but not as bad here as you have had. As for Hochanda, they took over Create and Craft. I looked up the Channels and these are they all others remain the same - Sky 674, Virgin 748, Freesat 813.

Re TV I believe it depends on what source you use to receive, the, the numbers in the above comment are not ones I recognise. Since the merger on 26/7 February I still receive on the same Sky numbers, it's now called Create and Craft (gone full circle) and they still broadcast on 683 and on channel 673 (old Hochanda Sky channel) remains but it mostly repeats although they do have the odd live show.
I'm told by one of their producers who came out to see earlier this month that there are lots of teething problems, this seems to be born out by the face the advertised shows are often totally different. So what you think you are going to watch or record can be something totally different.
And their delivery is appalling since the merger, I'm still waiting on an order from two weeks ago. Only reason I but from them is that as a C&C member (£10 a year) prices are competitive.
Goodness me, an overload for so early, we have the same weather here Kate, quite a shock for 1st April. But your card is lovely in the bold colours.

A pretty card Kate and I like the way you have stamped the envelope to match. It was a horrid day here yesterday - heavy snow showers most of the day and so dark needed the light on in the kitchen. There was still some snow around first thing this morning but the sun came out and it has all gone - still 0 degrees though. Take care. Hugs Christine xx

Beautiful and the flowers look lovely against the blue background. We've had all four seasons here this week. My Daughter took me out for a Spa day last Sunday and we were actually sunbathing as it was so warm, it was glorious. During the week, we then had blizzards of snow followed by bright blue skies. You can't ever say that out weather is boring can you! :) x
Terrific images and wonderful water coloring with the zig brushes. It has been a while since I used mine and really need to bring them out again.

I love the contrast of these beautifully coloured flower against the blue card Kate and so pleased that your friend Fiona has had her operation and although it is early days is doing well, and this pretty card will have definitely made her smile. x
