Just for You!

 Hello Everyone, I hope all is good with you and that your week is off to a great start.

Our weather here is really up and down, sun one minute, rain the next, but at least not the extreme conditions that some countries are having, for that we have to be grateful.

I have a card I made for a friend who is struggling with her health just now;

I just love this beautiful Woodware stamp and I've coloured with Prismacolor pencils. My lovely friend Mrs. Duck gave me the lovely papers at birthday time and I thought they suited perfectly, finished up with a few coloured pearls.

Well life in the Currie household is very quiet, so no new or wee stories to tell you, but quiet is good. Scotland is now in Zero restrictions, but for Alistair and myself, it makes no change, we will continue wearing our masks, which are still mandatory, for a good while yet, and I'm not ready to go out clubbing yet.....as if lol. So still being very careful. Hope all of you are too.

That's me for now folks, take care and see you soon,

Hi Kate, such a beautiful card. Hopefully that cheered your
friend up. I do hope she feels better soon. Love that Woodware image and you have coloured it beautifully as always. The papers are just perfect too. We will also be wearing our masks and using hand sanitizer when we go out. Take care and stay safe.
Love & hugs Jennifer xx.

Our youngest son and partner are touring Scotland and the feedback is much as you say with weather, but it doesn't seem to be dampening their fun. Yesterday they went over to Arran but heading up towards Sky and then on round the coast.

A pretty creation which is sure to cheer.

Beautiful card, and those flowers are beautiful

It’s nice to have just a little freedom, but like you we shall be wearing our masks for some time to come, we don’t go clubbing and are remaining to be careful, although we are going out fir a meal the first time for many many months it’s to a pub we usually go to and know we hopefully will be safe.

Hope you had a good week, enjoy your weekend

Beautifully coloured stamp and that paper is gorgeous. I hope you kept a biit back for yourself. We had the funeral for The Doca Aunt last week and because of the distances had to stay in a hotel for two nights. I was on tenterhooks the whole time we were away. So glad to be back home and safe behind my own front foot. Won't be going out and about for a good while yet. Hugs Mrs A.

A very beautiful card, Kate! Your colouring is absolutely stunning! Believe it or not, that is a woodware stamp I don't have! I love it. I am sure your friend will love it too. I'm with you on the mask wearing. A trip into town to get my eyes tested was a bit much for my liking last week. As far as we are concerned a large gathering of people is called a 'stuff that!' lol

I love the card and you are a master in colouring and shading...you could teach a course on this and I'm serious. We still have restrictions here but it's opening up. The tools are the people not taking the vaccines. I would have them sit down and learn about polio and how a vaccine has eradicated it..they should be shown how a sneeze or talking shows the droplets and how much it spreads.
