Hello To Everyone, I hope you are all well. We have boiling hot weather, too hot for me, but I'm not complaining.
The last two weeks have sped by and it's now time for another Christmas Card Club Challenge, and this time the choice was made by our lovely Linda, who is now sadly not part of our little team, she has gone on to do different things, She chose Silver and Blue, here is what I've managed;
I've used these lovely dies from Carnation Crafts, the deer are called Magnus and Mya, and I had already printed them out in a sort of mono shade that I thought looked sort of silvery, as did the trees. Silver glitter card and blue card with a white glitter card in the background. SU sentiment Silver Embossed with WOW Powder, silver gel pen. Snowflakes are cut with silver glitter card, they are Carnation Crafts too. Finished off with some clear gems.
I think it's turned out well, so if you happen to visit Linda, it was a lovely challenge that I did enjoy.
Thank you for the lovely comments on my previous post, I love reading your comments and appreciated everyone of them.
Well it's too hot to do much, although I've washed the inside of the windows, Alistair washed the outside this morning whilst I was in town, so that is the extent of my housework for today.
I hope you are enjoying some good weather too, but keep yourselves safe, it's so worrying that the virus is gathering apace again, at least masks are mandatory here in Scotland.
This will be a scheduled post for when the CCC goes live tomorrow, till next time

I love your card in it's silver and blue Kate, beautiful work. As for the heat? The weekend was making a meal and snacks and today is all about washing, but the machine does that! Just hanging them out answering emails in my North facing craft room where it's always cool. Maybe out later this morning to laze in the sun again. Good to be retired and not have to work in this.

I just love this Christmas card Kate. It is very atmospheric, the colours and the sparkle add to the scene....I can almost feel the icy cold weather lol! Deer are one of my favourite animals to have on cards. It is very hot here too Kate, one good thing is our strawberries are ripening faster than we can pick them! mm....I think strawberries and nice cold ice cream is on the menu tonight, after our dinner lol! Take care and stay safe Kate.
Just love your card with the blues and the silver plus the ever great sparkle. I love that deeper blue with the reindeer.
