A little Bird!

Hello Blogging Friends and Visitors, back home now after a lovely few days away at our friends Dale and Stewart.  The Jazz Festival in Edinburgh was fab and we all had a great time. We were looked after so well too, not even allowed to wash as dish. Dale and I caught up with all the gos, and Alistair and Stewart never stopped talking.  They had both been away in New Zealand for over three months so there was much to hear about.

Anyway, I'm afraid that keeping up with your blogs was impossible, I did try to do it on my tablet, but the minute I took it out, Alistair said you can't have your head in that all night. However scrolling through I did see fabulous creations, but I will be hopefully back to normal tomorrow.
Thank you all so much for commenting on my crafty gifts, and pleased to say that Dale loved hers, Amanda was on holiday, so she will see hers when she returns.

I'm keeping this post short tonight, but here is a little card I made a few weeks ago;
I thought this was a lovely wee stamp by Papermania, I coloured it up with Prisma pencils and cut it outwith SB Floral Ovals. Rose Garden paper from First Edition, Pink Card, lace and WO Roses, a little bit of sparkle.
Sorry that the photo is a little pale, the colours are much brighter in the flesh, so to speak.
I hope that you are all well, but wishing anyone who isn't a speedy recovery for better health.

Off to have some playtime with Teallach, he's missed us and is a little huffy. Be back soon, take care everyone, cheerio for now,

So glad that you had a good outing at the festival and time with good friends. Love this little bird, and your coloring of his sweet self is so very pretty. The shading is soft, but yet the colors shine out.Splendid shading on the roses also. You're great with these pencils. Perfect perched on this lovely S/B oval...it always makes everything more beautiful - and on this card...just perfect. The leaf design paper worked so well with the bird image, and the lacy border & tiny roses - marvelous. Liked that you even used the same tiny shape for your sentiment. TFS & Hugs
