Good Morning Friends and Visitors, I hope you are all well and enjoying your weekend.
It's time again for the CCC to show our themed Christmas cards and this time around it's the choice of Margaret and it's TREES;Now folks I don't know why I could have had such angst over a card with trees, but I managed to, I mean how simple a theme, but I couldn't transport what was in my mind to my hands, anyway this is my effort.
Chloe Stamp embossed with Wow EP in green, Embossialicious Holly folder with DI, Die'sire Bauble Die, Papermainia tiny bow, Gorgeous tree ribbon from Crafty Ribbons, and gems from my box, finished off with a bit of sparkle.
Thank you Margaret for the challenge, and looking at my card now I think I know where I've gone wrong.
Please visit the other ladies to see their super creations, that's me for today. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
Thank you so much for the lovely comments on my last card, I do love to read them,

This is lovely.
I don't know why you were worked up Kate because this is great. I absolutely love that stamp so I will be looking for that! It would actually make a CAS card on it's own wouldn't it? Hope you are well. Hugs Christine xx
Kate that is a great stamp and I love the way you have used the papers at the bottom...and the die cuts balance on the top corner....great card x

Beautiful card Kate, love your design. Hazel xxx
It is so gorgeous Kate and I would love to see what you had in mind, lol, if it wasn't this beautiful creation! Love the stamping, the bling and the awesome texture you achieved.
However you are not alone huni. What I ended up creating wasn't what I planned at first, lol, so many times that happens too! Enjoy the rest of your day huni Karen x
Kate, I was the same with dithering on selecting 'something' for a tree from many stamps, dies...etc. Just couldn't settle on 'something'. I am so loving that wonderful embossing on the background & the border of trees. The beautiful sentiment in the tree shape was also very creative - again cut in a tree shape. Loved the embossing on that too. You certainly met the criteria of "Trees" on this pretty card. It's just lovely & so creative. TFS & HUgs
This is gorgeous Kate, such a great stamp and wonderful colours.
hugs Sue xx
I love your card Kate with all its detail. Particularly love that tree ribbon so gorgeous I'd have to just stroke it rather than use it. Have emailed you about your stamp hunt. Zx

Kate, your Christmas card is beautiful. The tree is fun, the ribbon is gorgeous and the dies look amazing. You're either overthinking it, or too hard on yourself!
