Birthday Wishes!

Hello Everyone, hope you are well and your week is getting off to a good start.
Wild. wet and windy here, and I think it's to be like that most of the week. Poor Alistair is having cabin fever as he's just not getting up into the hills, conditions not good. He longs for good snow and so far all we have had is the soft snow that would avalanche, so not a happy manny.

Anyway, I've a card today that I would like to enter into,http://sirstampalotchallenge.blogspot.com/2020/02/february-feminine.html

Floral Perfumery from Chocolate Baroque. Once again I inked up the stamp with SN watercolour pens and drew the colour out. I wasn't liking the watercolour paper I used which was The Langton Prestige, bought form Hobby Craft a while ago. I just felt that it didn't move the ink around as well as I would have liked, anyhoo, the sentiment is a freebie and I WoSed it for a bit of shimmer but it's hardly noticeable and added some gems. I hope you can see it okay as the colours are quite soft.

Thank you for the love comments on my last cards.
Quick post today, so I'll say cheerio for now and see you soon,

Not keen on the Langtons pad I’bought either though mine was not from the same shop. Love your pretty rose in the mauve and purple colours. Hugs Mrs A.

Your card is lovely Kate. The soft colors are perfect Weather here is weird too. Higher temps than usual and not much snow at all this year. Not complaining personally, but ski people are bummed.

Hugs

Beautiful card Kate. Lovely soft colours. Arrr, poor Alistair. I bet he is climbing the walls instead! Weather not to bad here. Just a bit cold. Not wanting to wish time away, I am looking forward to March coming. Nights seem to be drawing out a bit now though.

These Floral Perfumery stamps are some of my most favourite CB stamps and love the colours, and love the colouring of the flowers and leaves, and the light coloured scent bottle against the darker grey background makes it pop Kate. I can't imagine going up in to the hills this time of year at all, but Alistair is obviously used to the conditions, but as you say if there is danger of an avalanche it is definitely not a good idea. x
