Forest Scene....lots of Snow and Glitter for CCC!

Hello to You All and I hope your weekend is going well.

It's time again for the Christmas Card Challenge....where did the last two weeks go!!!
Anyhoo, it's my turn to choose the theme and I would love to see cards in a Forest Scene with lots of Snow and of course Glitter. But not to worry if you can't manage that, there's always Anything Goes.

Here are my cards, I made three;
This is a lovely in=mage from Creative Expressions, which I inked up in SP Night of Navy Ink. Some silver Glitter card behind it and silver mirror card cut with a Tonic die. The lovely paper is from a pad bought in The Works, and the sentiment is a freebie. Oh and lots of glitter.
Now this is the same stamp, but this time white embossed on to blue card, lots of glitter and clear gems.

This is a new stamp by Whimsy that I treated myself to. Water coloured with Altenew's new Metallic watercolours....another treat, and I can say that they are fabulous to use., Lots of glitter on the snowy parts of the scene. Mattered onto some copper glitter card and again paper from that lovely pad, matted on to green card. I decided to cut out this lovely stag image from Dovecraft in copper glitter paper.  And that's that, I hope you like them.

Do look at what the other girls create, they always have beautiful cards.

Thank you so much for all the lovely comments on my last card.
Enjoy your Sunday and see you soon,

Fabulous cards Kate, and a great challenge. Thanks. I always love seeing the same stamp used in a different way. The cards look so different. Take care and keep warm. Hugs Christine xx

These are stunning Kate, gorgeous images and colours. Our heating is now on, the house is lovely and warm, but I have a cold now, if it isn't one thing or another. Marlene

Three gorgeous cards, Kate. The background paper on the first is beautiful and I love the sentiment too. It's interesting to see how a stamp can look so different depending on the medium used. The white embossing on the second is completely different from the navy inking in the first. Hugs, xx

Three fabulous cards, Kate!! You choose a lovely theme and made amazing samples, with different styles! My favourite is the last one, it's just DELIGHTFUL!! The metallic watercolours look great matched with glitter cardstock! I wish to have those watercolours, I will ask to Santa LOL :D
Big hugs, hope you are well!

Firstly apologies for being late with my offering and secondly Thankyou for such a fab theme. I have been saving some little snowy scenes especially for it. I love the different effect you have gotten with the first stamp. Looks gorgeous in the blue design. Hope your keeping well. Think I am going down with a cold so staying indoors and wrapping up warm. hugs Mrs A.

How different the first two cards look but using the same stamp, it's amazing what you can do with stamped images they are so versatile.

Oh my gosh...glitter, glitter, glitter what is not to love! Your first card is so enchanting the way it 8s framed like looking through a window. Love the blue and silver card that just is so elegant and your third card is beautiful with a scene I wish I could see on a walk.

Three beautiful cards Kate and two very pretty versions of the deer and love the more ornate version with the dp and ornate frame, but I think my favourite is the second with the white embossing on the dark blue, very elegant. Some wonder colouring on the last with the metallic watercolours with lots of sparkle and another lovely background paper. x
