Peace on Earth!

Good Evening blogging Friends, I hope you are well, and if not I'm sending out hugs in the hope they will make you feel a little better.

Sorry not to have managed commenting on your blogs the last couple of days.  On Tuesday Alistair and I went to Glasgow to see the Jack Vetriano Exhibition, it was a long day but we enjoyed it, and yesterday I had my return to work meeting, which I didn't enjoy, and left my head buzzing.
However, I will be back at work next week with a very slow phased return, which will take up to 14 weeks to get back to full time. The Area Manager and the very new Operational Manager have followed all the recommendations stated by the OH doctor, so the outcome was good from that aspect of things, however I will do the best I can when I return, but it's going to be very difficult stepping over the threshold after 5 months.  I do know I can't to full time work for much longer, especially this sort.

So with all that going on, I felt it was too much to catch up on all the blogs so have started fresh today, and what lovely creations I've seen.
Thank you all for all your lovely comments on my Autumn Cornucopia card, and I certainly hope you all visit to see this one as this is the 1st. Blogging Anniversary Card and one lucky person will win the LOTV gift voucher.

So without more ado here it is;
Nicecrane image from Exotic Asia range
LOTV Kraft Christmas and Frosty Christmas papers
Core'dination Brown Card
Glitter Card
Die'sire Sentimentals Sentiment
Sb Aster Flower die
Chinese coin
Hobby Craft Ribbon
The Hobby House Pearls
Glamour Dust in Silver

I just love these images and was lucky enough to be given them by Ignacio from Nicecrane Designs to use.
I don't really think it's necessarily a Christmas image, but there is snow and a deer so good enough for me.
I do hope you will visit and leave a comment, especially as it then means I can return the visit to you.

Have a good evening and see you soon

Hi Kate! Your card is gorgeous I think the image works really well for Christmas with the deer and snow and how you have added the glamour dust. The ribbon and Chinese coin are lovely accents. So pleased to see your interview went well and they are incorporating all of OHD's recommendations. I know it will be very daunting for you to return to work but I am sure once you are there you will feel better about it.

Glad you enjoyed the exhibition! Which day are you going to the NEC I am thinking of going on the Friday? Susan x

Oooh I love Jack Vettriano, my fave is the Singing Butler on my lounge wall. Would have loved to have seen that exhibition. Glad they have taken all the recommendations on board. It is bound to be hard but take it one day at a time and do what you can, don't push yourself. Your card is gorgeous, great Autumn colours but Christmassy as well. Take care next week and thanks for the chance to win too xx

It's going to be quite hard getting back into the swing of working after such a long break. Here is hoping all goes well with it.
Have a wonderful crafty day.
