Hello Everyone, how are thing s with you? I hope you are well and that you are enjoying your weekend.
It's been a quiet one here, and a really lovely day. I was up really early and decided to go for a walk, had the way to myself, not even traffic on the road, just lovely, I could hear the bird song, and the rustle of the hedges with the little birds in them...and whatever other sorts of creatures, came back home and settled down to have breakfast. I must do this kind of thing more often.

I have a card for you today, one I made ages ago at the beginning of lockdown when I was sending cards out to friends;
Both the floral image and the diamond shapes are by Honey Bee stamps, Cosmos flower and Diamond Patterns. For the life of me I can't remember what medium I used on the flower but it was embossed in Wow white EP and I stamped the diamonds in various shades of ink. I drew in a stitched frame and added a few gems.
Anyhoo, that's me for tonight, off to watch Paul Whitehouse and Bob Mortimer Gone Fishing, a lovely gentle humorous half hour programme. Take care everyone, it seems that the virus is one the rise again,

Such a lovely card Kate and how kind of you to send cards out to your friends in these worrying times. I have to say that I think the early morning walks are the best. The air always seems fresher and there’s something really special about enjoying this precious time while most people are still asleep. Take care of yourself and stay safe xx

The flower is lovely and the shaped images look great too. Your walk sounds lovely, early no one else out and about yet. The virus is on the rise here in NY too. Sad since our Governor worked so hard to contain it and DID! We are in Western New York State and the colleges opened for the Fall, and kids started having parties and up the cases went, shame people are so selfish.
