Hello Everyone, hoping all is well with you and that you are enjoying your weekend.
Can hardly believe that two weeks have gone by and it's time for the Christmas Card Club Girls to share their latest cards. This time around it's our lovely Mary who has chosen the theme and she would love to see Poinsettias or other Christmas Greenery. There is also the option of Anything Goes if you can't manage the chosen theme.
Poinsettia stamps I do have so that was what I used and I've made two cards;
This lovely image is from Woodware and I've stamped and heat embossed in white on to Kraft card, and coloured with pencils, matted on to black card and then on to a tartan paper from Papermainia.
Another of my favourite Poinsettia images, this time from Papermainia, bought lots of years ago. I stamped and embossed in gold EP and to a background made with Oxides. I then built up the colour on the leaves with Zig watercolour pens. Heat embossed the sentiment and added sequins and a few white spots around the image with a white pen.
I love Challenge Mary, so thanks for choosing it.
Thank you all for the lovely comments on my last card, always appreciated. Take care of yourselves and see you soon,

You'll never believe this Kate! I used this stamp to make a card for today then decided to leave it until another day to post. Wow, talk about great minds. Anyway, as you'll see in a couple of days mine looks completely different to yours. I really love the tartan paper. We must have been in the same mindset all those years ago because I have the second image too, although till you reminded me I had totally forgotten it. The background is fabulous!! Hope you are both well. Hugs Christine xx

The beautiful embossed edges on both images really makes them stand out as gorgeous focal points on your cards. Two lovely additions to your Christmas box Kate.

Kate you've done a superb job with this challenge, and I love both of these beautiful cards. The white embossing on the craft really emphasizes that pretty image and your fab coloring. And I'm admiring your zig skills as that is a wonderfully shaded flower in the center of the great brusho background. The white 'stars' add a nice feeling to what makes me think of either a marvelous dawn sky or an early evening sunset. Just really beautiful work on each card. Glad you enjoyed the challenge! I tried to think of a theme where people would have the supplies! TFS, Hugs and have a great week.
Adorable both your cards, and especially love the first one with white embossed lines on to Kraft card, and then coloured with pencils. It's a technique that I want try! Your colouring is superb!
