Congratulations!

Good Morning to Everyone,  how are you today, in fine fetal I hope.  However, sending out kind thoughts to those who need them.

Well it's a lovely day here, a bit misty but I think it will burn off.  Alistair is off to the Cairngorms for a walk, and I'm not needed for puppy duty, so I'm going to make the most of the time with a bit of crafting.  There are so many projects I want to do,but never seem to get started, I'm sure many of you are the same.
Today's card is a change from a Christmas one. Our  niece just passed her driving test, this is the card I made,
Nothing much to it really, it's a Create-a-card from Die'sire dies, added black card and and a few black gems, sentiment is one I found in my stash.
Karen is a wee star in my estimation as she will be driving around Glasgow, a huge busy city, I always leave the driving to Alistair when we are there as it scares the pants off me. So well done that Girl.

Thank you all for visiting me and leaving those lovely comments on my last card.
That's me for now, take care and have a lovely day what ever you're doing,

Super card for your niece Kate. Good for her. The week after I passed my driving test I drove up to my parents to visit - 220 miles on the motorways etc. Bit nerve wracking initially but I think the sooner it's done the easier it becomes. Like Annie I think this could double for a Christmas card too. Enjoy your free time. Hugs Christine xx

Hi Kate,
what a very beautiful card and such a lovely design and colouts.
Congrats to your Niece on her pass.
My Granddaughter has just passed her driving test also and as she says carying on the family tradition of first time passes.
Nothing seems to faze the younger drivers, and yes they sure have the bottle to do things we would never dream of, or maybe I should say I would never dream of.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

Wonderful card Kate. Congratulations to Karen for passing her driving test. I'm with you. I don't like driving around the city. Give me motorways any day :)

A gorgeous card Kate, the black and gold is so elegant.
Congratulations to your niece - they have so much confidence when they are young don't they, I seem to loose some of mine as each year passes!

Another beauty in gold and black! What a perfect card for your niece with the star in the middle. Good for her. Our Grandson is learning to drive and his mother (our daughter) and Dad are pulling their hair out teaching him. This too shall pass..........

Hi Kate
What a fabulous card. That die is very effective.
I'd hate to be taking my test these days with theory tests and car maintenance so if I wore a hat, I'd take it off to her!
Best wishes.
