Warm Wishes!

Hello to You All and I hope you've had a good day and are well.
Our weather today has been very blustery and with huge downpours at times, a day for staying in and crafting which I would have done if I didn't have my puppy minding duties.

Thank you all for your visits and you lovely comments on my last card and photos, really appreciated.

Just a short post tonight showing a card made with one of Crafty Individuals new stamps;
This is as you can see is a lovely snowy scene and I've coloured the sky with Derwent Pastel Pencils and added loads of glitter.  I've used First Edition Gilded Winter paper and die cut it using a die from Tim Holtz, which behind I've used the same pencils as the sky to add some colour. Imagination Crafts Alchemy Wax in Gold around the edge of the paper and after adding the image to CE Foundation card in Graphite I added it to the paper. First Edition Sentiment die and some Just Pearls and Ta Da, finis.

Teallach and I have the house to ourselves tonight as hubby is away at his little music group, and I'm going to settle back and watch the last part of  The Replacement which has gripped me from the start, so hoping that the end isn't a damp squib as can sometimes be the case.

Have a good evening and see you soon,

A beautifully coloured scene Kate, it's a lovely stamp and looks perfect against the background you created in toning shades.

I've also been enjoying The Replacement but will have to watch it on catch up tomorrow as I'll be watching the football again tonight and hubby is recording a programme at 9,00. Barbxx

Hi Kate
A vision of sparkly Winter loveliness.....and I do love that paper pad.
Having to watch a programme on the M25 for goodness sake. You'd think he spent enough time sitting on the bloomin thing in traffic jams during the week without having to watch it on TV!
Enjoy your evening.

What a beautiful card Kate! I love the negative die cut design in the corners with the gorgeous purples and blues showing through, and I love how you carried those colours into the sky on your fabulous wintery cottage image!! The gold snowflakes are so festive, what a wonderful wintery creation!! With all of the snow we've been getting the last week, you may have inspired me to make a Christmas card for this year's stash. Hope you enjoyed your night alone last night. I haven't seen The Replacement, must look it up. hugs :)

Hi Kate,
what a gorgeous card, and wonderful design too.
I lve the super wintery scene, and your colouring is fab.
We have had bright sunshine for quite few days now, and the weather has been so warm and lovely.
So sorry your weather is not the same.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

Beautiful card and exquisitely coloured. Very elegant. We had brilliant weather here yesterday and today has been dull cold and dreary. such a contrast. You would think it was two different countries. Hugs Mrs A.

Gorgeous work on this pretty scene. Love the gilding, and not quite sure if the stencil dots are with your pencils or if you used some paste, as it looks very dimensional. (it's great texture, whatever you did!) Enjoy your movie, this is one I don't know about! Stay warm, TFS & Hugs
