Cool Sneakers, a Scarf and a Gift Bag!

Good Afternoon Blogging Friends and Visitors, I hope you are well and enjoying your weekend.
I'm enjoying mine, having a quiet day today, in fact I've not been over the door except to put out washing, not that I expect it to get dry, too cold and no sun, but it's good to have that fresh smell on them.

We were minus 1 this morning, and it got a bit misty, really lovely to look out and see. I'm putting heating on bit by bit, and of course we are only a week away from putting the clocks back. This has been such a quick year.

Thank you for your kind remarks on my oldie card, I really appreciate each and every one of them.
 I've got a wee mixture today;
Isn't this the coolest image, Woodware and coloured with Derwent Coloursoft Pencils, having first heat embossed with CS EP. Papers is from LOTV, and had it for a while so It's more than likely discontinued.
Now this card is for Kerr, who will be 13 soon, he is my dear friend Dale's Grandson, and I think he is just the bees knees. I can hardly believe he is almost this age, I remember holding him when Amanda, his mum brought him home from hospital.

Now a gift for my friend Fiona;
She adores The Snowman so every Christmas I try to make something on that theme. I found  a free pattern on the Internet for a Snowman Scarf, it'll keep her cosy.
A gift bag to put handmade socks in for our friend Simon, I showed the socks in an earlier post.
I gave the bag an Autumn look with some wonderful paper from Sara Davis, a sentiment by Inkylicious and some beautiful leaves I found in Hobby Craft.

So that's me for today, I'm looking forward to having a rest from the Milo as Damian and Moreen are on holiday, it's amazing how much of my time is spent with him. On Friday he was at the vet to have that little op that doggies have to have, so we are hoping that it will help him to calm down a bit.
Take care of yourselves and see you soon,

We've not quite got as far as a minus yet, but close the other morning with it just 2 deg. And yes the year is just whizzing by, my Gran always used to tell me the older you get the faster time goes and my goodness was she right. She also used to warn me about sitting on her cold cottage steps and what I might get when I was older - she was right there as well !!!!

That image is so perfect for teenagers and love the sentiment with it, the scarf for your friend is such fun, sure she will love it.

Hi Kate, You have been very productive. Wonderful scarf. How clever are you. I am sure Fiona will love it. Snowmen are always magical. Lovely gift bag. Adore your card with the shoes. Such a great image. You know, I was walking through the village the other day and a pair of these were hanging on a washing line. Just the shoes. The line was from one house to another. It was one of the surreal scenes but I never had my camera with me. Always the way!!
Stay warm, Hugs Flo xx

As I have told you a million times - I love reading your posts. Brrr - it sounds chilly there!! It is growing cooler here but for the brave of heart you could still swim in the ocean.
Perfect birthday card of a young person. You gotta love those shoes!
I am a wee bit behind - who am I kidding. I am so far behind I meet my self going out as I am coming in!!
Did Milo's trip to the vet calm him down a tad? Dogs do take a lot more care than cats -
