May a Gentle Breeze!

Hello  Everyone,  I hope all is well with you and yours.
Well it's the end of June and I'm still waiting for the Summer to start, we have had a day of showers and quite cool, I've even got socks on, not impressed.

Are you all keeping calm and carrying on crafting as the slogan goes in the light of the turmoil that's going on in the UK just now, we actually don't have anyone running the country, how scary is that, and the amount of nastiness going on is astounding, thank goodness for colouring in!!

Did I mention that I won the Colour Challenge at Chocolate Baroque, I'm dead chuffed and looking forward to buy some new stuff with my voucher.

I'm sharing another Chocolate Baroque creation today;
My background is inked up with various Momento inks and I've used tree images from Autumn Edges and Sparkling Trees, bird images and sentiment from Inkylicious.
I'm not sure what happens to the colours when I photograph my card but, they are actually quite Strong and follow the Colour Challenge no. 24 colours;

I'm heading off to the craft room as there is football on tonight and I'll emerge in time to watch Collision, a brilliant drama on Freeview channel 10. Douglas Henshall is in it and I think he is fab.

Thank you all so much for your kind comments on my CCC card, I do appreciate each and every one of them.

I'll love you and leave you now with a photo of  three of my Grandpets, having a quiet moment together;

I would like to enter my card into http://chocolatebaroquechallenge.blogspot.co.uk/2016/06/challenge-twenty-four.html

Cold here today too, it started so promising that I put a summer dress on, my fault then!

Hugs Erika. X

Hi Kate
Is that not 4 pets as that looks like something big and furry on the right hand side lol! Gosh, the cats have taken well to Milo.
You really are creating some really marvellous backgrounds with your inking and yet another lovely scene with the trees.
Have a great weekend.

A stunning card and congratulations on your win. Glad to see it's not just me that has those photo problems. Hmm, summer. Next door's pop up gazebo has just popped over the fence into my garden, think it's a tad windy out! Take care, Cara x
