I hope you are well and have enjoyed your day. Our weather has been a bit kinder to us today, so I got the washing out and it all dried, I'll iron tomorrow. Teallach loves when the weather allows the door to be kept open and he can come and go as he pleases, now I know you'll think I'm daft, but I think he runs in to tell me things as he miaows and runs back out again and then a wee while later in he comes again with another miaow, this goes on for a while. Gosh I'm putting human behaviour on to my wee animal.

Here is what I've been doing today;
Took me ages to do this, I'm not good at following instructions, and this was easy, I learn better when shown, but I'm quite pleased with the result and it is my first one, hope you like it.
I'm away to get my PJs on and make a cuppa, enjoy the rest of your evening and see you soon,

Kate this is one gorgeous star box. The scary thing is that when I was in at Adrian's ( local craft shop) today he was asking if I had seen this box. Well it's true what he was saying its stunning. Catscare funny and I bet he is telling you something. Hazel x

A very pretty floral gift box Kate, love the shape, so different and yes it looks tricky to make. Instructions are always more difficult to decipher than actually doing it, so you're not alone there. Have a lovely day tomorrow.

Kate you are making me smile talking of your cat, our dog does the same thing too. I leave the back door open, she goes out and barks, comes in and moans, then goes back out again.
I love your box, especially the beautiful flower on the top, grate layering with your different dies.

Kate, this is so lovely. I can image the star shape was a bit tricky to get the paper onto the points. Hat's off to you for attempting it. Pretty DP, and that rose is just beautiful. Laughed about the kitty conversation, I used to talk with the dog. He listened to me better than DH & DD! I'm not great at written instructions either. I'm a visual learner with somebody showing me each step. That's why I waste so much time on Youtube, then forget what I saw if I don't go do it immediately! Hope the good weather holds for you.
