Thinking of You! and Teallach!

Good Evening Friends and anyone visiting, I hope you are all keeping safe and warm in this awful weather. It was much calmer here throughout the night, but there was quite a bit of rain. Teallach had  another night in, only thing about that is that he decided he wanted some company at the back of 5am, so I was up to see what he wanted, food, didn't want out so back to bed I go. Half an hour later up he comes again, scratching the glass in the door, this is his signal that something is wanted. Off down the stairs again to let him out, he wasn't too keen and needed a gentle push. Here is the boy in question;

 There you go Ang, up to date photos of my boy.

We had a lovely walk today, yep I go walking in not good weather, anyway it felt good to do even although it snowed at bit.  It made coming home so good and we battened down the hatches.

Thank you all so much for your kind comments on my last card, you are all so supportive.
Here is today's card;
This is a card I made for a friend who wasn't too well after having an accident. Rather simple as it is all Hunkydory from one of their kits.  I have lots of their kits, bought when I first started out and don't really use that much now, but sometimes they do the trick. Pearls from Hobby House and Ribbon from my box.

So that is me for tonight, I hope you all have a peaceful night from the weather, and if you've lost your power, that you find a way to stay warm and hopefully it will be back soon.

Kate. Who has you twisted round his paw??? Oh yes Teallach has, he has to learn that just because he can't get out he can't get you up early to play with him as he is bored! Beautiful card, love the soft colours. Glad you enjoyed your walk. Trying to snow here all day, at least the wind has calmed down. Hazel x

What a pretty card and gorgeous pearlescent flowers. It's been very windy here but nothing like the weather you are getting further North, hope it settles down for you soon.
Love the picture of you and Teallach, he has a gorgeous face and who could resist those eyes, even at 5am?

Lovely card Kate kits are perfect when you need a card in a hurry this one looks as though you could put it to many uses. Teallach looks thoroughly spoiled but what's the point in having pets if you don't spoil them, keep warm.

Kate, I have to agree with Hazel, about the 'twisting round his paw' bit. But that's what is needed, when one adopts a new pet friend. We adjust to their needs & habits. He's a pretty fella, and I can see how much you love him. So happy he's feeling right at home by now. Love the card. It's very pretty with the colored embossing. I'm with you on the kits. I have some too, and don't even know where they are in all the mess I have. Hope your weather is not dreadful today. Saw on some Sat. night blog visits, that lots of Europe was having dreadful winds, hail, etc. Be safe, and stay warm. TFS & Hugs. Happy Sunday.

Hi Kate
Aw, love him! (Not at 5am though lol!) Thanks Kate. I was getting kitty withdrawal. He is a beautiful boy and looks very comfy in your arms.
Love your card too. The design is soooo pretty. I have heaps of HD Christmas stuff. Their kits are fabulous its just we move on with our skills but I'm determined to make use of the kits I have rather than waste them.
Best wishes and tickles for Mr T!

Hi Kate, Teallach has fairly grown. Holly has been getting up during the night also to go out, not much fun with the weather we have been having of late.

Loving your card, great colour combo and I like how the image is embossed.

Stay warm today, crafty hugs Erika. x

Hi there Kate - Teallach is so like our Donnie and don't they just know how to keep you on your toes. Blossom, on the other hand, is far more laid back and waits for Donnie to make a move! But don't we just love em???

Must say I love your card and like you I have some kits that I bought at the beginning of my crafting saga. They do come in useful when you need a quick, pretty card.

Hugs to you Sue Pxxx
