Hello Everyone, well we are almost there, just one more sleep and it's the Big Day. I hope you are all organised. It's been hectic as usual, but I'm up to speed now.
Teallach had me up at 6am this morning, rascal that he is, but I decided to wrap the family presents, and what a rare time we had, Teallach pinched my ribbon, knocked all my bows down and started shuffling them along the carpet. Then next he got hold of the paper and had a bit of a tearing time.
Eventually got all the wrapping finished.
Thank you so much for all your lovely comments on my last makes, it makes it all worthwhile.
I thought I would show my last card of the year, it's the one I made for Alistair;
A little bit of Mr. Darcy here, using MCS Regency Seasons CD, this is actually the first time I've used it. Image, papers and sentiment are all from the CD, MB Snowflake Corner Die, Stickle for a bit of sparkle and pearls and gems from my box.
I have to say he loved it.
I'm going to have a break from Blogging over the next week or so, so I won't be around to comment.
So it just remains to say thank you for all the support, friendship and wonderful inspiration offered, you are a fab bunch of folk, and to wish each and Everyone of You a Very Happy Christmas and a Good New Year that is kind to you and yours, especially to those of you who have had struggles in one way or another this year. It's been very difficult for some of you I know, I'm particularly thinking of Rachel's Shaun, and keeping fingers crossed that he will waken for Christmas to be with is family. Take care of yourselves and see you in 2015'

The Snowman for Fiona!
Good Evening Crafty Friends, I hope you are well and not getting too stressed as the Big Day gets nearer. I've still got to do one or two things but mostly I'm there, and if I'm not too bad.
Thank you all for your kind comments on my last card, I do appreciate them.
We had our Christmas meal for the clients today organised by me and one of the clients, in years go by we cooked in the project for some 30 odd folk, a huge dinner with all the trimmings, I made the
Christmas cake and homemade sweets for every one, but it's too much for us now so it's easier to go out. people seemed to enjoy it so that's the main thing.
Now my makes for today are for my friend Fiona, who is my choir buddy, who is mad about The Snowman---, well who isn't !
Using Card-io stamps and the free Snowman and Snowdog die from Inspirations Magazine, lots of Star Dust'
Using an image from Inspirations Magazine I made her a candle, Xcut Border punch and some lovely snowflake ribbon from Hobby Craft. First successful candle I've managed to do.
And a gift bag to put them in, paper, topper and sentiment from CC, Tonic Snowflake punch.
Sorry there are so many photos, but I thought I would show them altogether.
Now this little lot was my plan B, I bought a cross stitch bookmark of the Snowman, and I couldn't see the holes in the Aida to be able to sew it, I couldn't believe it as I don't need glasses for closeup work, disappointing, but you know what they say about old age!.
That's all from me tonight, hope to be back soon, take care everyone,

Friday Oldie, Your One of My Nicest Thoughts!
Hello to Everyone and welcome to my Blog. I hope you are all keeping well, but I know that there are a few of you who are struggling just now, so I would just like to send you kind thoughts that life will improve for you and that you will feel better soon.
Thank you for visiting and commenting, I do appreciate it at this very busy time of the year. I'm having not managing to comment much just now, but I do scroll down my reading list and can see little photos of your creations and they are all lovely, I hope I can get back to normal soon.
Now some of my difficulties have been to do with my computer, I've had all sorts of nonsense with it and it's taking me sometimes the whole evening to work out how to fix it. First it was not getting on to Picmonkey and it said I didn't have Adobe Flash, which I did, then I lost my Libraries, which meant my documents, pictures, music and videos all disapeared. That was another night,s plans ruined. I then attemped to do this post this morning and got it all ready to publish and the whole thing said there was an error, and the damn post disappeared. I had to go to work then so couldn't fix anything. so here I am again and hoping this will post ok.
I'm sharing an Oldie for Friday, rather late now but nevertheless, here it is;
Can't remember much about what I used here, except of SB dies and WO Roses, but it's rather cute.
Hope you like it.
That's me for tonight, I have the Carolthon tomorrow and I am singing in the first session at 10am, then I'm off to work, definately a full day.
Take care everyone and keep cosy,

T'was the Night Before Christmas for The Christmas Club!
Hello Blogging Friends, are you having a good week so far? I certainly hope you are managing to keep warm, especially if your temperature is like ours, it's positively Baltic, I'm really glad I make woolie socks I can tell you.
Slowly but surely we are managing to get through the Christmas card writing, Alistair did the writing on the inside and I the envelopes. I had a couple of letters to write to go with two of the cards, so that takes a bit of time too, but they are all posted, so now it's just the special cards to do and they are all really hand delivered.
I've spent the better part of the day trying to get my photo editor working, kept telling me I needed Adobe Flash, well I have that, but still no go, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, still won't work. I've visited various support sites, cleaned up my PC and through a wobbly, still no go. so I'm stumped. However, in the great scheme of things that don't work, it hardly amounts to much, but still awfully frustrating. I'll have to find some other way of editing my photos.
So to my card for the Friendly Christmas Card Club, which is the final one for this year and the theme has been chosen by GrandMargaret and it's to use Non Trad Colours;
Using another image from Magical Moments CD, I thought this was such a lovely image and the main colour being blue, isn't really festive colours. Matted on to black card and then on to paper from the same design set. Sentiment a magazine freebie. Lots of Star Dust on the snow, but doesn't show up.
The photo would have been better if I could have got on to Picmonkey, but he ho.
As I'm writing up this post on Saturday night, I will schedule it for tomorrow when you can see what the other club members create.
I'm off now to make a cuppa and have a walnut whip, naughty old me I know, but it is the weekend, so a little treat is OK.
Just to finish- thank you everyone who left such lovely comments on my last card, I really do appreciate them, especially as everyone is so busy in the run up to Christmas.
Cheerio and see you soon,

Ahrr Me Hearties! Oldie for Friday!
Hello Everyone, I hope you are all keeping safe and warm.
Our weather is not good, sleety snow, wind and cold, but it is December. Much better than on the West Cost though.
Thank to everyone who left a comment on my previous card, you are all very kind and encouraging.
I'm scheduling this post for tomorrow, Friday, as I don't plan to be near the computer as I have a mountain of stuff to do and once I sit down and switch on the PC, time just gets lost and I get nothing done.
Here is my "Oldie for Friday",
LOTV image and coloured with Promarkers, LOTV sentiment.
XCut and MB Dies. Core'dination card and Silver Mirri Card
I made this one a few years ago for Kerr and he still has it.
Please join in and show off your earlier makes, doesn't have to be cards. Oldie for Friday was thought of and started by Erika of http://snappycrafts.blogspot.co.uk/.
It's fun and good to look at how you've changed your style, gotten better, whatever.
So that's me for tonight, I've worked my 18 hours for this week so now have a few days off, which I'm hoping to get sorted for Christmas.
Take care and see you soon,

Christmas Puppies!
Good Evening to You All, I hope you are all well, but hoping those of you who are not will feel better soon.
Thank you all so much for keeping with the commenting on my cards even although there is now a word verification thingy on my comment bit. Blogger seems to have decided in it's wisdom that we all wanted one. It's a pain in the a...., but if you comment and ignore the other bit your comment will still publish. Hopefully Blogger will sort it out soon.
It's just a short post from me tonight, so here is my card;
An ordered card for my friend's mum and dad, something with dogs was the request. All from Magical Christmas Moments CD, Signature Shooting Star Die, Ribbons and Gems from my box.
I love this CD as every image is so sweet and of course it is all animal themed.
I've just finished my ordered cards, so now have to concentrate on getting our own written and posted, I love making them, hate writing them. I've also to get some parcels together for posting.
Present buying almost done, just the little stocking fillers to get, so almost there.
That's me for tonight, keep safe from this awful weather and hope to see you soon,

Snowbuddies Choir!
Good Evening Crafty Friends, I hope all is well with you and your's, but if your not so good here is a (HUG) to help you get through it.
Just a quick post from me tonight as I'm really tired, I've had two very busy days at work, and shorted staffed, but thankfully I'm off for a couple of days, mind you it will be full on trying to get the cards made for a commission, and my own. I still have to sit down and get mine written, the job I hate most.
Thank you all for the lovely comments on my last card, I do appreciate the time you take out to visit and comment on my blog.
Here is my card;
I was asked for a card with a musical theme so I've used images and papers from Debby Moore's Snowbuddies CD, Sentiment is also from that CD. MB Musical Staves and Xcut Scalloped Circle Die. Some Star Dust.
I loved making this card, I just hope the recipient likes it.
I will sign off now, and hope to see you soon.

Christmas Owls! for Christmas Cards All Year Round Challenge!
Hello to you all, I hope everything is well with you.
Just a short post tonight as this is the second time of doing this and my post didn't show up on my dashboard, so I deleted it and trying again, so here's hoping it works.
I've been having some problems with blogger over the past few days, it's quite frustrating. Maybe it will right it's self.
Here is my inspirational card for CCAYR, this month the theme is to make a card any shape but square or rectangle.
As you can see mine is round, and using gold paper and an Embossalicious Folder and Tattered Lace Owls, MB Branch die and Star Dust for sparkle.
Please pop over and visit CCAYR and see what my DTs have made, lots of lovely cards there.
Good luck with the challenge,
I'd like to enter my card into http://christmasblogchallenge.blogspot.co.uk/2014/11/dies-and-punches.html
