Christmas Tags, Snowy and Another Pair of Socks!

Hello Friends and Visitors,
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas however you celebrate it, we had a quiet one but, relaxing all the same.  We spent it with Damian and Moreen and all the pets, and Damian was on the cooking and made the most fabulous meal, too much really, but oh so good.  Lovely presents, given and received, and not a duff one amongst them.

I hope you are all well and if not well here are some HUGSSSSS, to help you hopefully to feel a bit better.

There is some awful weather down South,  I can't imagine what that's like for these poor people, I really feel for them, and now on the news it would seem that Ayrshire is being hit. so Rita, I hope you are not experiencing dreadful weather and are safe.

Thank you all for your kind comments on my last card and the socks, I love to read all your remarks, keep them coming.

Now I wasn't going to show these little tags, but I wanted to post something, I'm afraid that I've not been inspired to get crafting, I think I sickened myself in the run up to Christmas.  Anyway, these tags came about because I forgot to buy any and I needed them for Damian and Moreen's Gifts, so here they are;
They are not brilliant in comparison to some made by you very talented crafters, and again they are something I don't really do, but needs must.
Papermania paper
SB and Die'sire Dies
Gems and tartan ribbon
Kitten image from magical Christmas Moments CD, by Cupcake
WO poinsettias
Creative Expression Dazzlers
Silver lace from Hobby Craft
Heart gems from my box
They did the trick though.

To finish off here are my latest socks, made with yarn from a company called Five Moons, it's the softest yarn and I just love the Autumn shades. My little pap is Snowy, he belonged to my mum and he sings Frosty the Snowman, we have never managed to make out the words properly in all the years we've had him, but he's awfully cute and always brings a mile to my face.

That's me for now, take care everyone and see you soon

Hi Kate, love your tags, they are both terrific. And those socks do look cosy and warm. Here in Ayrshire the weather has been wild but today it rained in the morning and dried up enough for the men to clear our roof gutters this afternoon ... but, it's the lull before the storm. I'm told there's more gales and storms on the way ... for Hogmanay! Such a shame for the first-footers. Take care and stay safe. Elizabeth xx

Your tags are wonderful, and I bet the receivers thought so too.
Hard to remember everything with all the hustle and bustle. I am looking forward to putting all Christmas away (a big job here) and getting my craft room cleaned out. Happy New Year Kate.

Hugs
Sue

Happy New Year Kate. Our Christmas was quiet too just like when me and hubby first got married. Oldest son living in Cyprus for the winter, middle son went to girlfriends once he opened his pressies and daughter had to work, so just us two for lunch! Love your socks by the way. x

Brilliant a tags, they are really great as are your socks.
I have a pair similar but different shades a pink/purple. Had them on the other day when we were out with the boys, we all had our "wellies" on my feet were really cosy.
Have a great New Year ..... go easy on the "traditional" stuff it trends to make you dizzy for some reason!!!!
Hugs
