Hello Friends and Visitors, I hope you are well and enjoying your day.
I needed to find the date today to fill in a form and was amazed to learn that it was 28th April, I don't know what I thought it was, but not that far along, this is going to be another quick year.
Thank you so much for the lovely comments that you left on my last post, very much appreciated.
I have another card today and it's a birthday card for a friend,
This lovely floral image is by Altenew called Exotic Flowers and it comes along with it's die. It's coloured with Zig watercolour pens and I've added some Stickles for sparkle. I found this lovely rich shade of purple card for the background, to finish I've added a few pearls.
It's just a short post tonight, so enjoy your evening and see you soon, keep on keeping safe,
Hi Kate
ReplyDeleteWhat a lucky friend to receive this card. I love the bright bold colours very much.
Well you didn't know the date today .. .. .. .. I didn't even know what day of the week it was when I woke up this morning. I thought it was Thursday and it took me at least half an hour to work out that it was only Wednesday! LOL!!
Hope you are enjoying your week.
Love Jules xx

ReplyDeleteOH! LOVE the purple embossed background and the gorgeous colouring of your flower arrangement. A stunning card Kate.
ReplyDeleteHow funny you should say about the date, I was talking to my SiL and she said she was going on a break on Monday, I said " I thought you were going in May" she said "It is!" old age and lockdown hasn't done me any good hahahaha
Keep safe

Beautifully coloured flowers Kate and love that rich purple background and a pretty pearl heart and some little pink gems too to finish it perfectly. x
ReplyDeleteThose flowers really pop against the blue. Very pretty card x
ReplyDeleteThis is stunning and bright which is so pretty with the purple background and those flowers are brilliant in their colours. I was thinking of buying the zig brush pens...how are they compared to Tombow markers( which I love) or other mediums? Are they really a brush at the end or is that just a fancy marker? Any feedback would be great.
ReplyDeleteFabulous, love the image and colours. Wonderful card!
