Hello there, how are you all doing?, I do hope all is well with you, but I'm sending out kind thoughts to those who are struggling a bit just now.
It's time again for another creations for the Christmas Card Club and this time it is Sylvie's choice which is Robins. I must say I think it's a great theme as I love these little iconic Christmas characters. We have a little chap who visits each year..... well I think it's the same one, but who can tell!
I just dread Teallch catching him.
So without further ado here is my card;
I've been going through my Little Claire stamps, so many I've bought but never got around to using, and found this one. Plenty of Robins here and it's just a little wee card, coloured with SN Pens, and paper and Kraft card came along with one of LC's Monthly Club Stamps, a few gems and a bit of glitter and that's it done, and it's flat and small enough to post.
Do pop into the other club member's blogs and see what they do. I really must get around to fixing it so that you can get to their blogs from here.
Thank you for commenting on my Oldie Card, I'm astounded that some of you thought it was good, you are all definitely most kind.
Well, I'm in rugby overload once again, and poor old Scotland got hammered again, och well we do loosing well, LOL!! That's me for now, enjoy your Sunday,

ReplyDeleteHi Kate,
ReplyDeletewhat a wonderful theme for the Christmas Card Club.
I love those little Robins on your wonderfully designed card.
Fab stamp to own too.
I must admit I am also a person who forgets she has certain items too.
We as crafters buy things as wee see them, and then put them away safely, and forget either where we put them or forget we have them.
Hope you are having a lovely Sunday.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
Hey Sugar - you have become a card making machine!!! Every time I turn around you have a new post! Your card is precious with all those little birds - it is tweetaful! bad joke.
ReplyDeleteOur robins here come only in the Spring - that's is one of the ways we know that spring is really on its way. Our robins get big too.
I am on Facebook but I do not post anything there. Just go to see what's up. I belong to several groups and I love to see what they are doing.
My best to you and Alistair!
Sandy xx

Beautiful card Kate. You always make gorgeous cards. We have a Robin that visits us every year too and like you we want to think it's the same one. I have had this dreaded sore throat and the cold twice now since Andrew had his knee done. Wish it would go away. Hugs Rita xxx

ReplyDeleteYou will know I love birds and bird houses, so lots for me to enjoy on this pretty card. (and I like that it folds flat for easy mailing). It's a very nifty card layout, and the border trim looks just grand with the main image. I love the delightful little red-breast robin with the holly trim and the gold pearls embellishing this cute card. TFS & Hugs
