Shades of Blue and White!
lGood Evening Blogging Friends and I hope you are enjoying your weekend, whatever you've been doing.
Rain and sun here today but very warm and sticky still, but thankfully cooler at night.
Nothing much doing for me today, pottered around and took myself off for a bit of lunch at the garden centre along the road from us, got a bit of shopping and back home then more pottering.
If it still good weather tomorrow I think we might go for a run in the car somewhere, the only thing is that we can never make up our minds so it is usually well into the day before we set off. Do you think all this hot weather is making our brains fuddled? I know mine feels like it.
In between all my pottering I did make a card;
Base 6x6 white hammered card
Tonic Celtic Border Die
Embossalicious Regal Damask Folder
Blue Core'Dinations Card
Crafter's Companion White Pearl Centura Card
Dazzler and Heart Charm and Pearls from The Ribbon Girl
Ribbon from my box
I feel I'm going to get a lot of use from the Tonic Die and it is so easy to cut.
Alistair is off to make a coffee, thought he would never ask, so that's me for another day, but before I go I just want to thank everyone who left a lovely comment on my last card, and please visit again.
Bye for now,
Hugs, Kate x

ReplyDeletegorgeous die. What size is it ? Don't think I've seen that one before. The card I've scheduled for the morning is in teal and white. . . . Spooky!
Absolutely persisting down here but at least its cooler to sleep in and I didn't need to water the plants!
Take care.

Hi Kate, love that Tonic Die. Your card is lovely and the colours are beautiful. Hope you and Alistair are both OK this weather is getting everyone down I think. We have had thunder on and off for a couple of days. Just wish it would really come and get it over with. One of my dogs sits and watches the lightning and the other has to get her head under something, just her head, her bum is in the air, till it passes.
ReplyDeleteTake care.

That die is really great Kate. The colours are fabulous Love the teal. This weather has certainly fried my brain. I totally forgot until I saw my friends' posts that I should have made a Christmas card for today! Going to have get my skates on now!!! love from Christine xx
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous card Kate! They certainly are stunning dies and I love your colour combination. The weather was beautiful here yesterday. With all this nice weather I have been doing very little crafting as I have been out and about and enjoying the garden - we never know when we will see it again! It is dull today so I think I will actually spend the day crafting!! Hugs Susan x
