With Sympathy!

Good Evening to Everyone, I hope you are enjoying your evening and are well.
We have had a dismal day up here, raining and cold, back to woolie socks, boots and gloves for going out this morning.  What has happened to May, it's usually a nice month.

Thank you all for your lovely comments on my last card, I love reading them and appreciate every one of them.

Just a quick post tonight with one of these cards we all hate to have to make.  A few months ago I had to make quite a few of this kind;
I would love to tell you what the stamp is but for the life of me I can't remember, but once again I've kept it fairly simple.

Well just one day to work and then off for six days, I got my official redundancy dismissal letter today, and the last day will be 30th June, it was to be the 23rd. but from somewhere an extra weeks funding appeared. Counting the days!

Take care everyone and see you soon,

A lovely card which will have been appreciated for the thought that went into it. We were lucky and had a glorious day yesterday although by teatime it was very cool and quite windy. This morning is bright and sunny but very cold. You are right - it really has been an awful month. Hugs Christine xx

A lovely card Kate such a pretty image. I should really make them as you say nobody likes making them and then you never have one when you need them. Just saw about your redundancy I bet you are so pleased about that! Hugs Susan x

Kate, it's funny how they have found that extra money?? Of course they can't leave any money unspent. But not long now till you are finishing. Your dad is lovely, and I think a bit of colour at these sad times is perfect. Hazel x.
P.S. Landed safely.

It's so pretty & yet so comforting. Love the branch with the pink flowers and that lovely mat behind the main image. Also liked the touch of the very pale green tiny ribbon trim. Good luck on the next phase of your life with the redundancy stuff. I know you will keep busy with lots of fun & enjoyable things. TFS & Hugs

Sorry to hear about your redundancy Kate, when I lost my job I ended up at Lili of the Valley and it was the best thing that ever happened to me, you just never know what's around the corner.
