Play Your Cards Right! Friday's Oldie!

Hello Everyone, Fridays sure come around very quickly  and then the weekend whizzes by, I wish someone would invent something to slow down time a bit.

Sorry I've not been around to comment over the last couple of days, but as our friend Linda got the keys to her new home I've been over giving a hand, the big move over is this evening when it's the turn of the men folk for the furniture and big stuff, Alistair is going to help, I'm working late today but I'll go over if I have any energy left.  I'm so pleased for her, it's a lovely wee house, and after all she has been through lately I hope she will be very happy in it.

So here I am with my Oldie for Friday and I will schedule the post;
I am sorry that the photo is so poor, but you can see that is all playing card images.  I think this is is from a CD, but I'm hard pressed to remember which one. I rather liked the black,white and silver and it was made for one of my  client's birthday, and fortunately he loved it.

I'm off to work soon, it's a gorgeous day here, very hot, I fear there is no point in putting on the makeup, would just slide off my face, I just can't get cool at all.

Hope it's lovely weather where you are.

Thank you all for the kind comments on the situation at my work.  I am worrying about it as at the moment it's all up in the air, and after my stress of last year, I don't intend to go down that road again,
life is just too short and I only have until 2017 to go to till retirement.  Thanks for your very kind concern though I very much appreciate it.

Have a fab day, and catch up with you soon,

A stunning monochrome card and such an apt subject for male cards, I find them a bit tricky for ideas. This is wonderful though.
Hope you can enjoy your day.

Hi Kate, fantastic male card they are so hard to make, it can take so long to find the best image and this one ticks all the boxes.Keeping it black and white was perfect. Today at 08:00 it's a little cooler than yesterday still dry though. Thanks for your lovely comments have become a follower.

Your card is so much fun Kate - who wouldn't love receiving it! I was a little out of sorts the other day and started listening to my Susan Boyle CD - then went and saw the talent contest on You Tube and that gave me a good boost. Get your rest and try not to worry - you know it doesn't do any good. You live in a wonderful part of the world with a great husband and you all do all kinds of fun stuff!!
Lots of love,
Sandy xx
