Autumn Cornucopia!

Hello to You All,  hoping that it's been a lovely Sunday for you, whatever you've been doing.
Another quiet day for us here, although we managed a walk around the canal, but nothing much in the way of wildlife, the canal used to have lots of lovely birds and of course swans, but they of course maybe away by now.  I remember, a few years back there was a pair of black swans, and they were just gorgeous, they stayed for quite a while too, then we heard that one of them had been  shot, it made our local paper, so many people upset by it, and as they pair for life it was really so awful.  The other swan disappeared too.
I can never understand cruelty to animals, and our laws are far too lenient on the culprits, in my opinion.

Off my soapbox now.
Thanks so much for visiting me and leaving such kind comments, I know it takes time so I really do appreciate it.

My card today is another Autumn one;
The image is from Robyn's Fetish digi Stamps
Promarkers
Kraft card
Core'dinations
LOTV Country Lady Paper
DI Spiced Marmalade
Sizzix Leaves Dies
Xcut floral punch
Hobby Craft Ribbon
Card Candy
Star Dust

Couldn't decide on a sentiment so left that for now.  I'm really liking making these Autumn cards, I just love the shades.

Is everyone watching the return Downton tonight?  I'm still not over the Christmas Day episode, that was a shocker.  Anyway I've booked my spot for the TV, Alistair doesn't like these dramas, but I put up with footy, I always point out.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday, whether it's Downton or not and see you soon,

I would like to enter my card into;  .littleclairesdesigns.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/little-claire-monthly-challenge-37.html
 Sketch and Autumn theme.

Kate, it's a pity about no card/paper in your Lidl, but that was ours just getting it out. The chocolate was a bad move, I did pick up a few bars but that's for Charlie's nephews girlfriend in Canada, she loved it when they were here so that's her gift. Also they have just got in there Christmas bits - yummy had to walk past quickly.

Good morning Kate. This image is fabulous and you have coloured it beautifully!I had to record Downton because it was the final day of the Tour of Britain and I'm a real cycling fan. not into other sport but you can't keep me away from cycling! I agree, the Christmas Day episode was a real shocker! love from Christine xx

Hi Kate.
love your autumnal card. Great design as always.
I too love to watch Downton, and luckily my DH likes that sort of thing too. But even if he didn't we have a TV each he watches in the bedroom as he is most comfortable there, and I watch in the living room, as I have to sit quite near the Tv now because of my eyes.
Have a wonderful crafty day.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

Hi Kate

You have been posting some gorgeous cards. I love the Autumn colours too .. .. just not the thought of Autumn arriving and Summer ending!

We have lots of swans on the river near where I live but I have never seen black swans other than in pictures/photographs. I bet they look amazing "in real life".

Hope all is good at your end.

Love Jules xx
