A Christmas Carol!

Hello to You All, I hope today finds you well and having a lovely Sunday.
It has turned out really unpleasant here weather wise, stared off not to badly in the morning with some warm sunshine, but has deteriorated as the day went along, now its raining, dull and a bit cold.  I put a whirrlie of towels out this morning, but I'm afraid they will just be left now, in the hope that tomorrow is better.

Thank you all so much for the lovely comments on my 21st card, very kind, I'm sometimes not all that sure of the embellishments and feel that I'm a bit OTT.

Well Alistair is a way for a couple of days with his friend Ken doing what big-little boys do.  He was up at crack of dawn to get packed, and his excitement was palpable, Ken wasn't coming for him till midday.
All the gear, or should I say toys that were being packed was incredible, but all needed "just in case".

They had some job fitting it all into Ken's Discovery, and the best of it was that he was picking his mum up from the train station, so where she was to go with her luggage is anyones guess. Oh, Ken's mum was'nt going with them, he was dropping her home on their way to the West Coast.  Between climbing ropes, wetsuites, the teepee, food, musical instuments and goodness knows what else, they drove off as happy as sandboys getting out to play.

So on to my card;
LOTV A Christmas Carol stamp, this is one of the latest images to be launched
Prismacolour Pencils
Core'dinations Card
Silver Mirri
Dovecraft Tis the Season  Paper
LOTV Sentiment.
Sheet music, my own
Dovecraft Ribbon
Brad, Pearls and Gems from my box
Liquid Pearls
Cosmic Shimmer Glitter Jewels, Snow

I think this is such a sweet image, and I know I had such a difficult time choosing which of the new stamps to have as they are all lovely.

That's my contribution for tonight, enjoy the rest of your Sunday
Hugs, Kate x

Hi Kate
Custody of the remote again eh?
I do love your colouring. Can't see that its something I will get into (no patience) but I do love seeing what others have done.
Sorry for confusing my films. I remember seeing them both with my Dad on TV, at Easter usually.
(not when they originally came out before Madam Rogers makes a comment)
I remember crying because Jesus died. . . . .i was only little so didn't understand the finer points of religion (not sure I do now either as Im not a churchgoer lol!)
Sorry, Im waffling. I think delirium has set in from too many throat lozenges. x

Hi Kate, well is it feet, up remote in hand, knitting at your side just in case you feel the need, wee glass of something to toast the boys, any excuse!

Love your card, you have coloured it beautifully, note to self: must try harder at colouring. Everything just blends together what a clever girl.

Make the most of your free time.

What a great card Kate. Lovely image. I know what you mean about not knowing which to buy. On my way back from my sister's I took a little detour and visited the LOTV shop. Never been before but it is beautifully light and airy and I could have spent a fortune! I quite enjoy it when John goes off climbing - but it always lovely to have him back safely! love from Christine xx
